The Modern Designer TemplatesTerms and Conditions
1. Agreement
By purchasing and receiving the website templates from The Modern Designer, the Client agrees to the following terms and conditions.
2. License
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and duplicate the purchased templates for personal or commercial projects. Clients may customize the templates as they wish.
3. Attribution
The Client agrees to provide proper attribution for the templates used. The following attribution must be included in the footer of the website: “Template designed by The Modern Designer.” This attribution must remain visible at all times and cannot be removed or altered.
4. Ownership
The templates and their contents remain the intellectual property of The Modern Designer. While the Client has permission to use, modify, and duplicate the templates, the Client cannot claim the work as their own or sell, distribute, or give away the templates in any form without explicit written permission from The Modern Designer.
5. Disclaimer
The Modern Designer provides the templates "as is" without any warranties or guarantees. The Designer is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the templates.
6. Modifications
The Modern Designer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the templates will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which The Modern Designer operates.
By purchasing the templates, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
